Sema Selek is a lawyer registered with the Adana Bar Association and currently serves as a Turkish Lawyer at Miotti Law Firm. After graduating from Çukurova University, she completed her legal internship and began her professional career. She pursued a one-year academic program at Unitelma Sapienza University as part of the Erasmus programand is currently pursuing a master’s degree in European Studies at Roma La Sapienza University.

She specializes in company formation, Turkish commercial law, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and international contracts, providing professional legal support to Turkish clients operating in or planning to invest in Italy. She assists entrepreneurs and companies in understanding Italy’s legal and administrative procedures and facilitates effective communication throughout these processes.

She is a native Turkish speaker, fluent in English, and has an intermediate level of Italian.
